The Apollo Media Center maintains a digital television signal on Spectrum Digital Channel 1302, in broadcast area Metro-Buffalo, New York (approximately 70,000 cable homes). Certified "Independent Producers", in good standings with the Apollo Media Center, can enter a series contract to broadcast on our channel.
It is the mission of the Apollo Media Center to bring to City of Buffalo residents the ability to communicate their message, to be assisted in the creation, and distribution of that message to cable TV subscribers (Spectrum Digital Cable) and others using television technology.
The Apollo Media Center shall ensure that no individual is discriminated against with regard to services , Information ‘facilities ,or program distribution because of race , sex , national origin , age ,sexual preference ,religion ,physical disability ,political affiliation ,or economic status or the nature of their programming . This section of the Rules and Procedures does not guarantee the right to any person or organization to have any program distributed over the channels governed by the Apollo Media Center.
